From County Mayo, I've always had a love for drawing and painting, along with a mild obsession with animals. In my early 20s I worked in bars and pubs around Galway, and always thought how I would prefer to be serving animals rather than some of the people. Ainmhí art is a collection of watercolour prints that depict Irish animals and their favourite drinks.
